Maintains Consistent Temperature
Simply set the thermostat using the easy dial temperature range anywhere from 100 – 350 degrees F. Although it is best to start melting the wax at a consistent temperature, you may set it at the max temperature briefly for super-fast melting speeds, then turn it down once it begins.

We can fit these with our large spout option which has a significantly larger diameter valve that is less prone to wax clogging up if the valve isn’t used often. (If valves aren’t operated occasionally, wax is more prone to cooling inside the spout, hardening and clogging. A larger spout will reduce the likelihood of clogs.) Large spouts may also be helpful to use for contents that harden quickly like beeswax.
