You can make a perfectly round candle with the mold but to make it look like a genuine snowball with some left over wax after peeling the wax from the mold. Make sure the mold is sealed tight for the base of the candle, you don’t want it to leak anywhere and you want it to be perfect to hold its rough round shape. The wick has to be put into the mold through the top before the wax is poured.

Key Takeaways:

  • While your wax is melting you will want to mold the ball together and place the wick, you will want to spray the sides so the mold doesn’t stick
  • Once the wax cools after the first pour, poke holes in it with a skewer and pour the second amount of wax
  • Remove the wax from the mold and add some more wax to outside to keep it looking like an actual snowball instead of a perfect circle.

“There is no need to add any dye since you’ll want the wax to be white as snow!”
